Leo Rosser (Ross) Garrett Jr.

He was born on March 25, 1952 in Charlotte County. Ross was the son of Leo Rosser Garrett,Sr. and Harriet Purcell Garrett.
He is survived by his mother, his wife, Kathy Clements Garrett, and two children, Leslie McPhail Garrett and Kevin Rosser Garrett, both of the home. He is also survived by a stepdaughter, Mary Catherine Dallas Hodges and a step-granddaughter, one brother, Lee Vernon Garrett and his wife Sandy, along with their family of Indianapolis, Indiana. Ross was predeceased in death by his father, Leo Garrett Sr.
A graveside service was held Wednesday, Feb. 6 at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, Charlotte Court House.
The family received friends at Charlotte Court House United Methodist Church following the service.
The Browning-Duffer Funeral Home, Keysville was in charge of arrangements.
