Annual Holiday Living Show returns to HCHS Nov. 12-13

The Business Women’s Association of Halifax County and the Halifax County High School will sponsor the annual Holiday Living Show At the Halifax County High School on Saturday, Nov. 12 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 13, 1-5 p.m. The show will be located in the lobby and gymnasium of the Halifax County High School on Route 129 (Old Halifax Rd).

There will be a great variety of crafts on display and for sale. Exhibitors from across Virginia, North Carolina and many local vendors will be displaying their crafts, woodworking, ceramics, floral arrangements, patchwork, baskets, jewelry, antiques, baked goods, Christmas items and much more for the the two-day event. This show is sponsored to promote craftspeople who wish to sell their handiwork while giving the visiting public an enjoyable event in which to shop.

An admission fee of $2 which benefits Halifax County High School will be charged at the door. Children under 10 are admitted free. Other funds raised will go for BWAHC scholarships for deserving local students to further their education.

The Holiday Living Show, an annual event for many years, is a great time to get an early start on your Christmas shopping. The show has something for everyone and is a event you don’t want to miss! For more information about the show call, 434 572-6559.
